A thoroughly improved layout for King William Island, including another island "Cape Storm" (the first large one from the bottom on the left side). Cape Storm requires the DLC "Land of Lions". Since the fertility of hunting grounds has been changed to Whaling with the research institute.
The whole thing works great with a few items that can be bought from the Inuit. This is enough to fully supply the four high islands. The items in the quarters on the high islands are the "Music Box" and the "Gritty Gas Extractor".
Otherwise, the usual goods from the old world have to be imported from somewhere. Lots of coal (five cargo ships), brass, cannerys, schnapps and coffee.
The whole thing runs very stably without diseases, provided you don't run out of goods.
