4 coffee farms & 2 roasting houses with small warerhouse & TU. Perfect square array with 1/4 rotation symmetry so you can copy a quadrant, rotate it 90 deg and put it  down next to the first. The full array with no TU items will provide coffee for  150 Engineer residences and 80 investor residences.

16 factories, only 8 are in range of TU. Full array needs 8 iron, coal, wood and 16 furnaces. Supplies 33,000 Artisans. (I made an arithmetic error in my description  of the modified array:   It actually supplies 63,000 Artisans)

Sewing Machines Factories

A grid of 10x10 squares for 8 houses in each block. I find it more useful than the obvious 9x9 because a greater variety of buildings will fit, and  you can either put a house in the middle or run a road through the block.

Flexible Housing Layout

8 plantain farms & 8 kitchens with TU and 2 warehouses. Square array with 1/2 rotation symmetry - the top half can be copied and rotated 180 deg into the bottom.

Plantains

Items in TU: Sir Lewis the Chemist, Brother Hilarius, Copper Distiller. 4 potato farms @ 300% suuplies 12 distilleries also @ 300% = schnapps for 63,000 Farmers. The four quadrants are rotationally identical and can be copied & pasted as separate smaller modules as highlighted.

Schnapps (modular array)

10 cattle farms @ 200%. The two grain farms supply the silos. All in range of TU. Without any productivity upgrades in the TU, level 1 warehouses should be sufficient.

Cattle with silos

The left and right halves of the array function as independent modules of 5 sheep farms + 1 grain farm for the silos, optional TU is common to both halves.  However, if preferred the the horizontal roads in the middle can be extended one square so that all buildings are connected to both warehouses.

Items used in TU building: Marcel Forcas, Celebrity Chef... Cosmo Castelli, Agronomic Trailblazer, and Feras Alasarami the Persuader.  Needs in addition the equivalent of 8 Pig Farms @ 100%, together this will produce canned meat for 17,000 Engineers.

Canneries 2

Incomplete chain as the animal farms and the crop farms each have their own TU and can thus be upgraded independently, so the number of canneries supplied can vary. The only thing the two sections have in common is the shared warehouses. With 1 iron mine and no TU items these will supply 6 canneries

Beef & Red Peppers

Requires Costume Designer item in TU to enable use of wool instead of fur - this means you don't have to ship between regions,  you  can do the whole chain on one island.  This array serves 27,000 Artisans or 17,000 Engineers. The Hunting Cabins stamp can easily  provide pelts to 2 of these arrays.

Fur Coats

The Cane plantations require NO fields as long as they each have a Tractor Barn! This stamp supplies rum to 12,000 Artisans

20 Sheep Farms and 20 Framework knitters. Supplies 12,500 inhabitants at Farmer/Worker level.

WH TU FS This chain uses specialists to replace Goulash with Pigs, and replace Iron with Flour. Canneries operate at 300% + bonus tortillas and sausages with Mrs Mayson, Chef Michel, Feras Alsarami, and external electricity. Without electricity the canneries will be at 200% and there will be an excess of 1.3t flour, 1.3t pigs, and 0.3t beef (the beef is for the bonus tortillas).

Substituted Canned Meat, full chain.

16 lumberjacks @ 220% with Ursula Green, Teutonic Secateurs, and Druid's Sickle items. With no items this array works at about 40% and the total output = what you would get from 6 huts unmodified in the same space, so you can build it early and add items as you go, remembering to upgrade warehouses 

Lumberjacks

Variation of my Bread 2 stamp: Warehouse carts and firemen had trouble keeping up, so this version has 4 warehouses and 4 fire stations. Not quite rectangular but rotationally symmetrical and tiles easily.

Bread 3

2 full chains with fire station and TU. 1/2 rotation symmetry so each half can be copied and used as a single separate chain. Buildings are arranged such that each building is adjacent to the next building in the chain to minimize transport distance, and so this requires only Level 1 warehouse .

Bombins (efficiency version)

Starter for bread, no upgrades. 4 bakeries will serve 4,400 Workers.

Simple Bread

(Ignore previous) 4 Plantain farms & 4 kitchens with warehouse and TU. The top rotates 180 deg into the bottom. A road on one side of the TU is optional, the gap is only there because the building isn't square.

Plantains (corrected roads)

The mod that bypasses steel was a red herring... steel production can be enhanced to make the iron go further. Therefore I've re-equipped the TU to use steel and free up  a slot. The items now used are  Angela as before  but now with Helical Planer and Cutting Edge. Productivity is now 275%  

Sewing Machines & Bicycles increased output

There are many ways to combine these two products depending on your ratio of Artisans/Engineers. Not all in these examples are in range of TU. This stamp is for the array on the right of this collection, in which all buildings are in range.

Sewing Machines and Bicycles - Variations

10 Bicycle factories and 8 Sewing Machine factories, all within range of TU. The best combination of TU items I have found is Dario,  Feras, and Angela. With these items in the TU all production is  250%, iron is used instead of steel, and electricity is  free.

Bikes and Sewing Machines

Supplies 2,000 Farmers/Workers. Although this array has only one line of symmetry, it will tile perfectly when facing rows are reversed and staggered.

Schnapps

All 14 cabins are operating at 220% ... the equivalent of about 30 hunters in an area that would normally only be enough for  4! The socketed items are  Ursula Green, Teutonic Secateurs and Druid's Sickle -  all have similar effects,  the total upgrade is Productivity +120% and Forest Density + 60%

Hunting Cabins

12 factories all operating at 250% output. TU items used: Dario the Mechanical Engineer, Angela "Meg" Iver the Polyvalent, Feras Alserami the Persuader. With these items there is no need to make steel, you can use raw iron, and the factories get electricity for free. Supplies 52,000 Artisans.

Sewing Machines (modified)

20 factories, all in range of TU.  Supplies 64,000 Engineers. The following TU items can increase this by 150%, remove the need to process iron, and get free electricity for the factories:  Dario the Engineer, Feras the Persuader, and Angela the Polyvalent.

Canneries

TU items: Mrs Mayson the Housekeeper, Angela the Polyvalent, Chef Michel. Silos and Tractors necessary. Canneries use Pigs instead of Goulash, and Flour instead of iron, hence the bonus products: Canned goods for 17,500 Artisans, Sausages 3,000 Workers, Tortillas 1,400 Obreros.

Cannde Meat (tweaked again)

Items: Seraphim Papadikas (legend) Feras Alsarami (epic) and Beryl's Fosterling (uncommon). Output 43 x 350%. Temporary setup for when you need a huge amount of planks quickly.  You'll need a very large stock of wood: Without items this will produce  172 ton per minute, and 602tpm with the items.

Ridiculous Timber!

26 foundries operating at 265%. This array will produce enough steel for - ridiculous example - 275 Heavy Weapons factories. TU items: Bechamel Converter,  Lord Footprint's Gargantuan Smokestack Act, and yet again  the practically omnipotent  Feras Alsarami the Persuader.

Furnace (Iron Foundry)

Canned Meat (tweaked)

Adjusted to reduce walking distances as the transporters were having trouble keeping up.  Can now just about manage with Level 1  warehouse but probably best to upgrade when you can. (Also I think this version  looks  neater)

Bombin hats (revised)

16 potato farms all operating at 540%. Items in TU:Patent Steel Seed Drill, Miraculous Steel Plough, and Feras Alsarami the Persuader. Would be 240% without the silos and tractors. Workforce reduced to zero so no chance of riots, and costs reduced 60%.

 Baker* item removes need for mills, *Expert Planter* item increases field number  and productivity, *Marie-Antoine, Patissier Royale* item increases productivity of bakeries.  Tractor Barns greatly increase field productivity. 

Bread 2

This stamp corrects my previous version. 20 farms. With silos, tractors and TU items I have achieved 540% production. 20 silos  will require 2 Hacienda Fertiliser Works, 20 Tractor Barns  will require 1 fuel station. Items used:  Feras Alsarami, Miraculous Steel Plough,  Patent Steel Seed Drill

Mega-Potatoes (enough for 108 Schnapps Distillery)

Items required: Angela the Polyvalent, Chef Michel and Mrs Mayson. (Slight miscalculation with previous version of this chain, stamp name "Canneries + Bonus Goods": There wasn't enough Flour. This version fixes it.) Also produces sausages and tortillas for about 25% of total output.

Advanced Canneries + Bonus Goods

22 kilns all operating at 230%... This is the equivalent of more than 25 coal mines! Incredibly useful given that I have yet to find an island with more than 2 coal mines on it. This array also works for lumberjacks and hunters. TU items are Teutonic Secateurs, Conservationist, and   Feras Alsarami.

Charcoal burners

Two full chains with warehouses,  TU and fire station. Square array with half-rotation symmetry so each half can be copied and used separately as a single chain. Requires cotton fertitlity.

Bombin hats

(To be used in combination with "Pig Farms +* stamp): Includes half the pig farms required plus some grain farms to fill up the corners. Will tile with  the "Pig Farms+" stamp when one or other is rotated 90 degrees. Supplies 25,000 Workers.Supplies sausages to 25,000 Workers.
