A more space efficient version of the 'Soap 'n Sausage' from 'Carlctrl'. Builds plenty of Soap and Sausage for mid game. The excess Soap is good for selling to the prison or docklands trade. The Trade Union covers all production buildings.

EDIT: removed 2 unnecessary pig farms because they were overproducing with the silo's, its even smaller now :)
