What is the MAXIMUM number of fully-satisfied New World houses you can have with just ONE of each public building (marketplace, chapel, etc.)? A whopping 654! This stamp actually has 655 houses, but one of them won't upgrade to Obreros.

Vanilla game, no DLC or mods.

Huge stamp. Will not fit onto most New World islands, especially the ones with a river. Good luck!
