Optimized end-game layout for Crown Falls
** End-game layout, it requires the palace with high prestige level for extended public building ranges **
Stores in the four corners are optional and used only for the needs reduction bonuses. You can replace them with something else.
The layout has 100% town hall coverage. I am using the blue skies delivery guy, Joseph Beaumont and Mr. Garrick. If you prefer to maximize the population you can use different items.
Cafés and bars are placed to also have a 100% coverage. I am using three Cafés and two bars in each block. Recipes used are Venison Tartare, Banana surprise and Cone O'Copia for Cafés and Gløgg and Black Muscovy for bars.
Total needs reduction :
Jewellery : -115% (Furniture store lamp -15%, Mr. Garrick -100%) Pocket Watches : -100% (Mr. Garrick) Cigars : -100% (Joseph Beaumont) Chocolate : -100% (Taigas -5%, Iron Tower -15%, Banana Surprise -20%, Black Muscovy -15%, Cone O'Copia -15%, Palace Administration policy -30%) Coffee : -90% (Lost tribes -5%, Palace Welfare policy -20%, Iron Tower -15%, Venison Tartare -15%, Banana surprise -10%, Gløgg -10%, Black Muscovy -15%) Champagne : -85% (Palace Welfare policy -20%, Iron Tower -15%, Venison Tartare -10%, Banana surprise -5%, Gløgg -10%, Black Muscovy -25%) Light Bulbs : -40% (Department store refrigerator -10%, Furniture store lamp -25%, drug store lipstick -5%) Canned food : -40% (Palace Administration policy -30%, Taigas -5%, Lost Tribes -5%) Biscuits : -30% (Palace Administration policy) Steam Carriages : -25% (Drug store lipstick) Rum : -20% (Palace Welfare policy) Cognac : -20% (Palace Welfare policy) Penny Farthings : -20% (Department store refrigerator)
Adding the optional toaster and detergent stores in the corners provide an additional -15% for light bulbs (and -10% for jewellery in case you don't use Mr. Garrick), as well as -15% for steam carriages and -25% for gramophones but only with a partial coverage of the city.
Depending on where you place it exactly in the big flat area of Crown Falls, you may have some extra space around to "fill" the town hall circles with more houses. This is totally fine and they should have full coverage for public buildings. However some cafés and bars won't have enough coverage for all of them. You can also add a few mailbox on the side if you want to min-max mail production.
