Sewing Machines & Bicycles increased output

The mod that bypasses steel was a red herring... steel production can be enhanced to make the iron go further. Therefore I've re-equipped the TU to use steel and free up a slot. The items now used are Angela as before but now with Helical Planer and Cutting Edge. Productivity is now 275%
